Cheetah Mobile Hires Vincent Jiang As Chief Financial Officer

Cheetah Mobile Inc., a Beijing-based mobile Internet company, has hired Vincent Jiang (pictured), the founder and CEO of mobile app development start-up Xiaoban Technology, as its company's chief financial officer.

Jiang will report directly to Cheetah's CEO Fu Sheng, and will be responsible for the company's financial and investor relations management.

Prior to Cheetah Mobile, Jiang founded Xiaoban in 2015, developing a mobile app which help parents find nearby classmates of their kids so they can help each other taking students to school and back. He previously worked as chief financial officer at an Internet finance company 9f Inc, as well as working for a New York-based law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
