Innotech Capitals Acquires US Data Aggregation Platform Ad-Juster

Innotech Capitals, a Shanghai-based private equity firm under Innotech International Group, has acquired Ad-Juster, a U.S.-based data aggregation platform, as part of a plan to take the company global.

No financial details were disclosed.

"With our network and resources in international ad tech, Innotech International Group will quickly help Ad-Juster expand its unique offerings to global markets starting with China and the Asia Pacific region," said Oliver Chen, founding partner at Innotech Capitals. "The business will meet the growing need for automated operations and solutions around the world."

As the complexity of the digital landscape has exploded from standard display third party ad delivery to include new systems and metrics for mobile, video, and many other growing ad quality measurements, Ad-Juster provides clients with streamlined daily reporting.

Founded in 2007, Ad-Juster simplifies the manually intensive processes, and offers programmatic reporting, ad viewablity and third-party data aggregation for digital publishers, ad agencies, ad networks, and ad-tech platforms. Currently, it has provided services for over 120 brand name digital publishing companies.

The company will maintain its current management team and business model after the transaction.

Founded in 2015, Innotech Capitals is an international private equity group focusing on the global ad tech market. It has done deals totaling over US$500 million since inception. Previously, it has acquired Total Baby, a baby logging and tracking application in 2016.
